Friday Five-for-all

3 Feb

Hi Again!

The theme for this Friday Five-for-all is….Inspiration. These five websites never fail to get the creative thoughts flowing:

Zen Habits

A very cool site if you’re looking for a little more balance in life.

The Dainty Squid

Cute kitten picts, neato retro items and the prettiest hair colors around! If you’re a shoe or purse or tights person, be warned. She has quite the collection and includes links!

The Recipe Girl

To answer the daily question of what to eat.

Six Sisters

This is a lot of everything…siblinghood, recipes, crafts. The idea of having five sisters is cool and frightful all at once, lol!

Ladies Who Critique

Yes,  saved the best for last. If you don’t know about this site…it’s a fabulous place to give and receive critiques!

What’s one of your favorite sites?

Happy Friday!

Hey! Didn’t know you had a blog. I follow you on twitter so I just saw your tweet about it. Love the sites you suggested. 🙂
Keep up the good work. 😉

Hi, April! Glad you found me and enjoyed the sites. Do you gave a site, too? It’s SO easy to setup, let me know if you ever need a hand getting one together.

I’m critiquing this afternoon..can’t wait to see what happens next 🙂

My goal for this year is to find balance with all things… writing, family, mental stability, LOL… I’m not one to look at websites… perhaps I need to go there for inspiration! Thanks for the great links 😉

Yes! So true. It’s tough maintaining balance, due to head in the story, waiting on agents/editors/beta reads…my list is long 🙂 you may find a lot if zenhabits helpful, sometimes just a change of angle in a life habit makes all the difference.

How is it I’ve never found these sites before? As usual you’re a fount of wisdom. Or a chocolate fountain. Not sure which, but they’re both good ( grin).

What do you think?
